Bri Morse is a New Jersey licensed massage therapist and certified personal trainer that provides customized bodywork services in Haddon Township, NJ.

Bodywork is an umbrella term that encompasses many techniques that use manual manipulation to reduce pain and restore function in the body. Bri utilizes myofascial release, deep tissue manipulation, cupping therapy, active stretching, and corrective strengthening techniques and exercises to help you find pain relief and optimize musculoskeletal function. This is achieved by approaching the body from a holistic viewpoint, and always keeping in mind that everyone’s needs are unique.

Each session is designed to address your specific needs and goals. Multiple modalities can be used to reduce tension and pain that is caused by muscular imbalances. These methods aim to create more space within the body and bring more blood flow into compressed or dense areas of the soft tissue, and can offer more fluidity to your movement. Your input and feedback always the priority, and Bri works with you to find the right combination of techniques that will maximize the results you are looking for.

Philosophy

Past injuries, surgeries, and seemingly simple lifestyle habits and movement patterns can contribute to chronic pain or long term musculoskeletal issues. How we sleep, sit, walk, and exercise all play a role in poor flexibility, mobility, and the aches and pains we experience in our day to day lives.

Our bodies compensate, and we develop less than optimal posture and functional movement. This can compound over time, often exacerbating issues and creating a domino or ripple effect in other areas. The good news is that our bodies are incredibly resilient and adaptable, and the ripple effect works both ways! Once small changes are made, relief and improvement begins to build.

Bri believes there is never a one size fits all method, and that a multi-faceted approach is always best. When tension is released within the right muscle and connective tissues, coupled with specific stretching and strengthening exercises that target muscle imbalances, our bodies can function more optimally. Bri also believes in empowering you with knowledge and tools that will enhance your progress and produce longer lasting results.
